Gus Becvar B.Sc D.C
Chiropractor and Clinic Director
Gus graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1991. He has broad experience with patients from all stages of life - ranging from a four-day old baby, who had endured a rather complex introduction into this world, to patients who are well into their 90s. Gus has particular expertise in post-acute rehabilitation techniques. He specialises in sports injuries.
“Since graduating I have seen many advancements in chiropractic care. The first chiropractic concepts were developed in the late 1800s and were concerned with the manipulation of misaligned vertebrae. Today’s Chiropractor understands health to reflect physical and mental wellbeing and considers both quantity and quality of movement. Chiropractors assess the mechanics of an injured area and make sure that the body is working with an improved efficiency. We don’t just manipulate joints but use a range of care techniques for bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons by massaging, stretching, and strengthening, helping to restore health.”

Rachel Tout B.Sc DC

Rachel graduated at the Welsh International Of Chiropractic (WIOC) in 2007 and joined Becvar Health in 2010. Prior to being a Chiropractor Rachel graduated in Sports science and food nutrition and worked as a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer in London. She has a passion for learning about the mechanics of the human body and helping others achieve their goals, whether it be through fitness, weight loss or, since graduating as a Chiropractor, helping people with their pain management. Rachel also specialises in pre and post natal care and has a keen interest in paediatric chiropractic. In her spare time, before having a baby, Rachel was a keen cyclist but, is now more of a fair weather cyclist. However, to supplement the rainy days Rachel has taken up running and going to the gym as a way to help keep her fitness and coping with the everyday challenges her children bring!
